Sands Township, Michigan Emergency Services

Call 911 in the case of an emergency

Calling our local offices will not speed response time for any emergency services.

Please read the information regarding Burn Permits under the FAQ’s if you are thinking of doing any outdoor burning.

The fire department urges all residents who burn wood to make sure their chimneys are cleaned before the cold season begins.

The Fire Department is still in need of people. You can get an application from any of the Fire Officers, the Township Office, or here. Please contact the office or a Fire Officer for information regarding training, pay and other details.
