Recycling Information

Recycling Information for Sands Township

We are now partnering with the Marquette County Landfill and Great American Disposal for our recycling program.  We have 2 large, covered roll-off containers at our Transfer Station for recycling.  One bin is for FIBER and the other for RIGIDS, and we are asking residents to separate their recyclables.  We are trying to come up with the best solution for recycling and appreciate your patience and understanding as we make changes to the program.

** Please note – Glass will no longer be accepted for recycling, and is to be thrown in the trash.
